About the Role
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle leasing-related administrative tasks and operate property management systems according to management requirements.
- Assist in updating leasing reports, tenant profiles, and performance reviews.
- Maintain and update monthly and quarterly tenant performance data.
- Assist in the preparation of letters, notices, reports, and internal communications as needed.
- Support the preparation, compilation, and updating of the department's monthly budget.
- Manage tenants' monthly sales report submissions within the property management system.
- Liaise with inter-departments and external parties on administrative and coordination matters.
Job Requirements:
- Qualifications: Diploma in Business Administration, Accounts or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of administrative work experience.
- Demonstrates strong communication and organizational skills.
