About the Role

Responsibilities:

  1. Act as the point of contact in the office.
  2. Undertake the tasks of receiving calls, take messages and routing correspondence.
  3. Handle requests and queries appropriately.
  4. Maintain diary, arrange meetings and appointments and provide reminders.
  5. Make travel arrangements.
  6. Take dictation and minutes and accurately enter data.
  7. Monitor office supplies and research advantageous deals or suppliers.
  8. Produce reports, presentations and briefs.
  9. Develop and carry out an efficient documentation and filing system.

Requirements:

  1. Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience as an Executive Administrative required.
  2. Full comprehension of office management systems and procedures.
  3. Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
  4. Exemplary planning and time management skills.
  5. Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload.
