Job Brief

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Product Marketing & Marketing Operations Executive (Admin) to support both Product Marketing and Marketing Operations across Singapore and Malaysia. This role is essential in ensuring strong execution, system accuracy, compliance readiness, and smooth procurement processes.

Job Responsibilities

• Product Marketing Operations
• Perform SKU extensions / new SKU setup in the system
• Perform pricing extensions / pricing updates in the system
• Maintain accuracy of product master data and internal documentation tracking
• Manage sample requests and logistics coordination for product testing, including submission tracking and follow-ups
• Coordinate compliance processes and internal databases:
• Manage and update internal certification database (status, validity, documentation)
