Admin Executive (NDT Services)
Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive Admin Executive to anchor our office and field operations. You will be the central point for managing technician safety gear, urgent travel logistics, and day-to-day office facilities. The ideal candidate is highly organized, capable of handling Tatkal (emergency) requirements, and maintaining meticulous records of company assets.
1. Safety & PPE Management
- Inventory Control: Maintain a real-time stock register for all Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) , including safety shoes, helmets, coveralls, and specialized NDT gear.
- Issuance & Tracking: Systematically issue PPE to field staff and maintain signed acknowledgement records.
