Responsibilities
- Responsible to assist teams in managing resources and information , to handle departs scheduling and planning meetings and activities.
- Coordinating and arranging works internally with inter-departmental and externally with clients, suppliers.
- Perform administrative duties such as filing, checking of documents, generating reports, etc.
- To undertake any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Management from time to time.
- Issue Quotation, Invoice and D/O
- Communicating with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders as needed
- Organizing and attending meetings, preparing agendas and taking minutes
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least.
- At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field
- Required Skill(s): MS Excel, MS World, Power Point, UBS System
