About the Role

Seeking a candidate to join our team at One Pacific Hotel Sdn. Bhd. as an Admin Executive. In this full‑time position, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the smooth operation of our office by handling a variety of administrative duties.

Job Responsibility

  • Provide general administrative support to the hotel management team, including hotel reconciliation, submit claim and other related administrative works.
  • Maintain staff record, prepare monthly payroll and filing.
  • Support the procurement of office supplies and hotel amenities, ensuring the hotel is well‑stocked and running efficiently.
  • Prepare payment to vendor.

Requirement

  • At least 5 years working experience in administrative or support field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Word and Excel.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
