About the Role

  • Diploma in Administration, Property Management or equivalent.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide general administrative support to the Facilities Management (FM) team, including filing records, preparing documents, scheduling meetings, taking minutes, and tracking action items.
  • Log and monitor maintenance requests, complaints, and job closures using CMMS or manual systems, and help ensure preventive maintenance is completed on time.
  • Act as a coordination point between the FM team, vendors, contractors, and internal departments to ensure smooth communication and timely follow-ups.
