About the Role

Job Description:

  • Organize office and assist associates in ways that optimize procedures
  • Sort and distribute communications in a timely manner
  • Create and update records ensuring accuracy and validity of information
  • Schedule and plan meetings and appointments
  • Monitor and prepare on Line transactions from Shopee and Lazada Coordinate with other departments to ensure compliance with established policies
  • Maintain trusting relationships with suppliers customers and colleagues
  • Perform receptionist duties when needed like answering inquiries etc

Salary and Benefits:

  • 600 per day
  • Mandatory government benefits (PhilHealth, SSS, PagIBIG)
  • OT pay

Qualifications:

  • Open to fresh graduates
  • College graduate or with relevant experience
  • With pleasing personality

Work Schedule:

  • Monday to Saturday (9:00am - 6:00pm)
