About the Role

Responsibility :

  • Assist in preparing surgical instruments and plating systems for surgeries.
  • Support inventory management by checking stock levels and reporting shortages.
  • Label, pack, and arrange sterile sets for delivery to hospitals.
  • Coordinate with nurses, hospital staff, and sales representatives for surgery requirements.
  • Assist in documentation and record-keeping for audit and compliance.
  • Help in receiving, storing, and issuing medical supplies.
  • Provide support for urgent or emergency cases when instruments are required immediately.
  • Conducted stock audits, reconciled discrepancies, and generated inventory usage reports for management.

Requirements :

  • Diploma in any field.
  • Excellent in writing and communication in English and Malaysia.
  • Advanced computer skills on MS Office, Excel
  • Good teamwork skills.
  • Willing to work extra time.
