About the Role
Responsibility :
- Assist in preparing surgical instruments and plating systems for surgeries.
- Support inventory management by checking stock levels and reporting shortages.
- Label, pack, and arrange sterile sets for delivery to hospitals.
- Coordinate with nurses, hospital staff, and sales representatives for surgery requirements.
- Assist in documentation and record-keeping for audit and compliance.
- Help in receiving, storing, and issuing medical supplies.
- Provide support for urgent or emergency cases when instruments are required immediately.
- Conducted stock audits, reconciled discrepancies, and generated inventory usage reports for management.
Requirements :
- Diploma in any field.
- Excellent in writing and communication in English and Malaysia.
- Advanced computer skills on MS Office, Excel
- Good teamwork skills.
- Willing to work extra time.
