We are seeking a dedicated and well-organised Admin Assistant to join our team at TRICO NETWORK SDN BHD in Puchong, Selangor. In this full-time role, you will provide essential administrative and operations support to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of office and logistics functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support including calendar management, coordination with 3PL / logistics partners, and handling correspondence
- Assist in order processing, invoicing, e-Invoicing, documentation, and delivery coordination
- Perform data entry, maintain and update records, files, databases, and internal systems
- Prepare administrative reports, summaries, and documents for management
