About the Role
Admin Assistant / Admin Staff
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accountancy, Accounting Technology, or any related field
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles
- Experience in administrative roles is an advantage
- Willing to work on-site in Centria, Pasig
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide general administrative and clerical support to the team
- Assist with day-to-day office operations
- Support accounting-related tasks as needed
- Handle documentation, filing, and record-keeping
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned
