About the Role
POSITION OVERVIEW:
The Admin Assistant is responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to ensure the efficient and effective operation of the Sales and Marketing Department.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Graduate of any four-year course related to Management or Marketing
- At least one (1) year of experience in administrative tasks is an advantage
- Highly organized and efficient in performing administrative functions
- With strong interpersonal skills; persistent, hardworking, and reliable
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Able to work with minimal supervision
- Can start immediately
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
