About the Role

Job Description:

  • Manages the desk reception area (answer phone calls, handle basic inquiries, attend to company visitors, distribute incoming and outgoing documents, etc.)
  • Maintain confidential records and files
  • Compiles receipts for liquidation and liquidates expenses
  • Pays miscellaneous and utility expenses
  • Acquire and replenish office supplies
  • Maintains company assets and inventory supplies
  • Requests and Monitors office supplies
  • Maintains Petty Cash Fund and make daily expense report
  • Ensures the cleanliness and orderliness of the office throughout the day
  • Other roles / deliverables, whether part or outside of the employees' general scope of work, that may be assigned from time to time.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Has a completed Bachelor's degree in any 4 years course (fresh grads are welcome to apply)
