The Administrative Assistant supports the day to-day administration of the Alberta On-Site program by greeting walk-in visitors, assisting with scheduling, data entry, document preparation, and record management. This role also conducts initial phonepre-screens to gather basic information and support appropriate intake and referral, while providing administrative support to program staff and ensuring accurate documentation. Reports to Program Manager.
Requirements
- Post-Secondary Education in Office Admin/ Business or related field
- 1+ Years of experience in administrative, clerical or office support role
- Strong Organizational Skills
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
