Key Responsibilities
- Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document management
- Prepare and organize delivery receipts, invoices, and cargo documents
- Maintain and update trackers, logs, and reports accurately
- Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and accounts teams for shipment documentation
- Monitor and respond to emails, calls, and inquiries in a timely manner
