About the Role
Job Responsibilities:
- Handling of PCF
- Prepare Material Request Forms (MRFs) for approval
- Coordinate with subcontractors
- Assist with project-related transactions, including billing concerns and other related matters
- Assist in logistics operation
- Perform Administrative tasks as required by the management
Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) or Management
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles and financial reconciliations
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point)
- Strong attention to detail with excellent record-keeping and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently, handle confidential information, and meet deadlines
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in administrative, accounting, or construction-related office work is an advantage ...
