About the Role

Job Description


We are expanding our business and headcount in the Accounting & Admin department. We are urgently seeking candidates who can handle basic accounting and administrative tasks, in addition to assisting with various administrative duties.

General Admin Task

  • Manage daily accounting operations using accounting software
  • Monitor & manage petty cash claims, including petty cash record.
  • Basic accounting knowledge is an added advantage.
  • Undertake ad hoc tasks when required.
  • At least 1 - 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Outlook is a must.
  • Good research skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask.
  • Responsible for general office support
  • Training provided
  • Able to work well under pressure
