About the Role
Administrative & Office Support
- Handle daily administrative tasks to support sales office and warehouse operations
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence from customers, suppliers, and internal teams
- Prepare, verify, and file administrative documents such as DOs, invoices, POs, credit notes, and reports
- Maintain proper filing (physical & digital) for sales, warehouse, and admin records
Sales & Operations Support
- Support sales team with order processing, documentation, and coordination
- Assist in preparing sales reports, price lists, promotions, and customer records
- Coordinate with sales reps regarding order status, delivery schedules, and documentation
- Liaise with customers on basic administrative matters (documents, delivery confirmation, billing support)
