About the Role

  • To carry out & assist daily operation and administrative duties.
  • To coordinate & prepare documents related to Sales Order processing.
  • Self-motivated, responsible, independent, able to work as a team and multi-tasking.

Job Requirement

  • Candidate must possess at least a SPM/Diploma in any field.
  • Preferred with min. 1 year experience in relevant field, however fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
  • Proficiency with computer skills, especially Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
  • Good command in spoken and written English and Bahasa Melayu. Conversant in Mandarin is an added advantage.
  • Pleasant personality and responsible.
  • Problem-solving & time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Self-confident, ability to work independently with minimum supervision and able to communicate effectively with all levels.

Working hours: Monday - Friday
