Key Responsibilities:
- Handle general office administrative duties and documentation
- Coordinate with customers for event participation and registration
- Assist in organizing and managing company events and activities
- Prepare, issue, and follow up on quotations
- Arrange and coordinate interview sessions for interns and permanent positions
- Support onboarding and administrative matters for interns and employees
- Liaise with internal teams and external parties when required
