About the Role
JOB DESCRIPTION – ADMIN ASSISTANT (WAREHOUSE)
· Undertaking daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the department's activities.
· Update spreadsheets, databases and inventories with statistical, financial and non-financial information.
· Transfer data from paper formats into computer files or database systems.
· Entry the data provided directly from the supplier.
· Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule (load, pack, wrap, label and ship).
· Handle customer complaint, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, follow up and ensure resolution.
· Keep track records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents.
· Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.
