About the Role
ASVW PH is looking for a dedicated Admin Assistant who will fulfill the following job responsibilities effectively
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Taking/Making Phone Calls
- Checking Emails to see if there are any urgent tasks to accomplish
- Updating CRMs accordingly.
- Generating weekly reports if need.
- Just Opening and closing Jobs in XPM
- Work closely with the Manager
- Checking the FYI docs
- Maintaining XPM & XERO database
- Doing Accounts Payable and Receivable
Experience & Attributes:
- Male/female
- Bachelor's degree
- Have excellent communication skills, both on a written and verbal level
- Excellent English communication skillset on verbal and email.
- Goal oriented with more than 2 or more years' experience in Admin Assistant or Customer Service
Trainable and resourceful.
Highly efficient specially when under pressure....
