About the Role
- Scan physical finance documents (e.g. invoices, receipts, payment vouchers, contracts) into the accounting system
- Ensure scanned documents are clear, complete, and properly named
- File and organize both softcopy and hardcopy documents according to finance filing procedures
- Assist in sorting, labeling, and archiving finance records
- Retrieve documents upon request by Finance team members
- Maintain confidentiality and proper handling of sensitive financial information
- Perform other basic administrative tasks as assigned by the Finance team
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Contract, Freelance
Pay: RM1, RM1,800.00 per month
Expected hours: 45 per week
Work Location: In person
