Admin Assistant

The Compliance Coordinator is responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the company's compliance with Philippine Economic Zone Authority (PEZA) rules and regulations. This role involves acting as the primary liaison between the company and PEZA, ensuring timely submission of all required reports, processing permits and certifications, and facilitating smooth import and export operations within the economic zone.

Key Responsibilities:

• PEZA Compliance and Reporting:
• Ensure the company's full compliance with all PEZA rules, regulations, and issuances, including the PEZA Law (RA 7916) and the CREATE Law.
• Prepare and submit all mandatory PEZA reports accurately and on time, such as:
• Economic Zone Monthly Performance Report (EZMPR)
• Annual Tax Incentives Report (ATIR) and Annual Benefits Report (ABR) under TIMTA.
