About the Role

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and organize office documents and reports
  • Handle filing, data entry, and record management
  • Assist in scheduling meetings and appointments
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external parties
  • Support office operations and administrative requirements
  • Perform other clerical tasks as assigned

Qualifications:

  • College graduate related to administration
  • With 1 year experience as Admin Assistant or similar role is an advantage
  • Computer literate (MS Word, Excel, email)
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable
  • Can work with minimal supervision

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php19, Php21,000.00 per month
