About the Role
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and organize office documents and reports
- Handle filing, data entry, and record management
- Assist in scheduling meetings and appointments
- Coordinate with internal departments and external parties
- Support office operations and administrative requirements
- Perform other clerical tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
- College graduate related to administration
- With 1 year experience as Admin Assistant or similar role is an advantage
- Computer literate (MS Word, Excel, email)
- Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable
- Can work with minimal supervision
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php19, Php21,000.00 per month
