About the Role
Job Duties : Provide clerical and administrative support To do procurement and purchasing Support the project team in purchasing in materials, equipment and services required for on going projects Carry out administrative duties such as filling, scanning documents, and compilation of reports/files Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned Job Requirements : At least 1year of experience in an administration role Self-motivated and able to work independently and under pressure Flexible/adaptable with work assignment and ability to multitask Positive work attitude, Meticulous and able to adhere to procedures and instructions well Able to start work in short notice
