About the Role
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Perform general clerical and administrative tasks in accordance with company procedures.
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence/documents and provide data entry support.
- Respond appropriately to phone calls, emails, and general inquiries from clients.
- Prepare quotations and invoices for internal processing and documentation.
- Handle routine administrative functions such as filing, typing, photocopying, and scanning.
- Collaborate with the team on new assignments and ongoing tasks.
- Undertake additional duties as assigned by management from time to time.
- Proficiency in both Mandarin and English is required. Fluency in Mandarin will be considered an added advantage.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1, RM2,500.00 per month
