About the Role

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Perform general clerical and administrative tasks in accordance with company procedures.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence/documents and provide data entry support.
  • Respond appropriately to phone calls, emails, and general inquiries from clients.
  • Prepare quotations and invoices for internal processing and documentation.
  • Handle routine administrative functions such as filing, typing, photocopying, and scanning.
  • Collaborate with the team on new assignments and ongoing tasks.
  • Undertake additional duties as assigned by management from time to time.
  • Proficiency in both Mandarin and English is required. Fluency in Mandarin will be considered an added advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1, RM2,500.00 per month
