About the Role
Daily office administration work as sending email Invoice, Purchase Order , Sales Order, Packing List and etc
- Email SO/PO/INV to customer & Supplier.
- Handle email correspondence.
- To carry out essential sales coordination and support to sales team.
- Able to work with multiple parties (suppliers, customers and operation) to complete the sales process
- Follow up outstanding order/ enquiry.
- To assist superior in record keeping, updating data & filing,
- Assist in general office administrative matters.
- Do all filing in a proper documentation in timely and accurate manner.
- Perform any other ad-hoc duties assigned by superior as when required from time to time.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Student job
Pay: RM2, RM2,500.00 per month
