Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree or college experience preferred;
* Previous experience in operations background/customer service is a plus/advantage.
* Good MS Office skills, especially Excel.
* Sociable, responsible, and organized.
* Applicants must be willing to work in Marcos Highway.
Job Responsibilities:
* Enable and assist drivers in onboarding, making sure that the drivers have a smooth onboarding experience;
* Engage and collaborate with every function within the Operations team and others, to ensure information flow with new drivers is being processed efficiently.
* Track and monitor new drivers’ onboarding process and relevant activities.
