The Accounting and Administrative Assistant provides day-to-day support to the Accounting and Administration departments. The role involves basic accounting tasks, document control, office coordination, and compliance support to ensure smooth business operations.
Key Responsibilities
Accounting Duties
- Assist in recording daily financial transactions (cash receipts, disbursements, petty cash).
- Prepare and organize accounting documents such as invoices, official receipts, vouchers, and billing statements.
- Assist in accounts payable and accounts receivable monitoring.
- Encode data into accounting systems or Excel worksheets.
- Assist in bank reconciliation and filing of financial reports.
- Coordinate with external accountant or auditor when needed.
