About the Role
The Administrative and Accounting Assistant supports daily office operations by handling inventory monitoring, administrative tasks, and basic accounting and documentation requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor, update, and maintain inventory and asset records
- Assist in inventory checking and reconciliation
- Provide general administrative support and documentation
- Assist in preparing, recording, and filing invoices, official receipts, and expense documents
- Support basic accounting tasks such as expense tracking, petty cash monitoring, and report preparation
- Coordinate with internal teams, suppliers, and service providers as needed
- Maintain organized and accurate physical and digital records
