Job Description

• Network Management: Install, configure, and maintain network systems supporting enterprise operations
• Network Security & Compliance: Implement controls to ensure security and regulatory adherence
• Backup, Recovery & Incident Management: Support disaster recovery exercises and participate in incident response
• Ticket & Request Management: Handle service requests, tickets, and ad hoc support while meeting SLA requirements
• Documentation & Reporting: Maintain updated network diagrams, records, and reports for submission to the Department Head
