Responsibilities
- Accounting & Finance Support
- Prepare and manage project-based invoices, including invoice submission, tracking and approval follow-ups via client billing portals/platforms
- Support daily bookkeeping, including data entry of invoices, expenses, receipts
- Assist in e-Invoicing preparation, submission, and documentation
- Administrative & Office Operations
- General office administration and supplies management including vendor coordination for cleaning and equipment servicing
- Assist with HR-related admin such as leave and training records
- Arrange meeting logistics, and event support when required
- Support project managers with administrative tasks such as formatting, printing, binding, distribution of reports
