The Corporate Actuarial team is responsible for actuarial oversight of Avant’s medical indemnity and private health insurance businesses, and for capital management. The purpose of this role is to support the Actuary in the Corporate Actuarial team and the Appointed Actuary in delivering high-quality actuarial analysis and reporting. This includes statutory and management reporting, pricing and budgeting, valuation papers, review and updating of actuarial models, and ad hoc projects and investigations.
