Responsibilities
- Assist participants with daily living
- Plan activities according to participants needs
- Coordinate recreational activities with the group home operators
- Implement recreational programs that enhance the participants quality of life.
- Encourage independence and decision making of each participant
Qualifications
- Must have good communication skills
- Must work well alone or as part of a team
- Must have good interpersonal skills
- Able to pass a Criminal Record/Vulnerable Sector Check
- Must provide a drivers' abstract
- MUST HAVE A VALID DRIVER'S LICENSE
