In your role as an Activities Co‑ordinator at HC‑One, kindness will be at the core of everything you do. It touches upon every aspect of our dementia, nursing, residential and specialist care homes. Every person who works here understands that our residents are people just like them with their own stories to tell. By joining HC‑One you’ll have a wonderful opportunity to give something back to those people.
As an Activities Co‑ordinator it will mean planning and implementing activities that will delight our residents, helping the Home Manager organise essential fundraising events, and encouraging residents to socialize more effectively. You may develop new activity ideas based on residents’ hobbies and get the rest of the care home team involved, always doing so with a sense of kindness above all else.
