Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage identity and access management projects, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are completed successfully.

• Collaborate with global teams to design, build, and deploy services across the Americas zone.

• Oversee the overhaul of delegation models for Active Directory, including permissions and access enhancements.

• Configure access controls and ensure security improvements within directory services.

• Utilize technical knowledge of Active Directory and Azure Entra ID to support project execution and troubleshooting.

• Facilitate meetings with various IT stakeholders, driving discussions and documenting outcomes.

• Prepare technical documentation and reports using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
