This is a remote position. AD - Operations Specialist Core Responsibility Provide operational and automation support for Active Directory Domain Services and Microsoft Entra ID, ensuring stability, security, and efficiency across directory services environments. Operational (Daily OPS) Responsibilities Monitor and manage ServiceNow (SNOW) queues, including: Actioning incidents assigned to the queue. Completing operational and support tasks. Provide support for DNS-related queries and service requests. Manage and respond to requests received via the Directory Services Distribution List. Perform Daily Runbook Checks to ensure environment health and compliance. Provide Directory Services support to stakeholders and assist users as requested by leadership. Execute monthly patching activities on Directory Services servers within BP Lab and related environments.
