Acquisitions and Strategic Investments Business Management VP

The Acquisitions & Strategic Investments Group (ASI) is a centralized global function within the Office of the Chief Financial Officer at JPMorgan Chase & Co. (JPMC).
ASI works with JPMC's lines of business to evaluate, structure, and execute potential acquisition, divestiture, and minority investment transactions. ASI is also involved with a broad range of non-transaction activities (e.g., market monitoring/research, resolution and recovery, portfolio management) and various financial analyses to support strategic projects. As a Business Management Vice President, you will partner with Finance, Legal, the Valuation Control Group, Compliance, Principal Risk and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality portfolio valuations, reporting, and governance for ASI's strategic investments. You will own key management reporting, manage critical investment data, and drive process improvement and automation to increase transparency and control.
