Accounts Recievable Officer

About Our Client:

Based in South West Sydney, our client is looking for an experienced Accounts Receivable officer to join their friendly team on short notice. Our client is an ASX-listed company and is a leader in the manufacturing industry. This opportunity is ideal for someone who is readily available and looking for a great role within an Australian owned company. 

Responsibilites: 
The role includes but is not limited to:

▪ Bank reconciliations
▪ Liasing with customers and managing queries
▪ Raise invoices and monthly statements▪ Oversee customer accounts
▪ Maintain customer accounts and registers or jobs and invoices
▪ Maintain cash receipts
▪ Processing of new account application after approval
▪ Chasing of outstanding debtors
▪ Assist with forecast reporting of outstanding debtors and cash flow 
▪ Assist with accounting audits
▪ Assist with End of month and end of financial year activities
