Job Summary
Reporting directly to the Manager Accounts Receivable, Credit & Collections, the Accounts Receivable Lead Specialist is responsible for independently supporting activities related to accounts receivable management. He/she also performs any other related tasks that may be required for this position.
Key Tasks & Responsibilities (Essential Functions)
What will you do in this position?
- Responsible for global accounts receivable activities
- Mainly focusing on US customers
- Analyzing and issuing credit notes
- Coordinating prepaid orders
- Solving complex customer questions and issues
- Coordinating tasks with the team
- Validating and maintaining procedures
- Recording cash receipts
- Performing month-end closing tasks
- Performing SOX controls
- Any other related tasks that may fall within the scope of this job
