Accounts Receivable Clerk / Accounts Receivable Representative Salary: $25.00/hr Location: Brampton, ON (In-office only – no work from home)

Monitor customer accounts and track payment status

Perform collections follow-ups on overdue accounts

Reconcile accounts and resolve billing discrepancies

Generate and review aging reports to identify outstanding balances

Maintain accurate records of transactions and communications

Requirements

High school diploma required; post-secondary in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration preferred

Minimum 3 years of accounts receivable or related experience
