Mission
The mission of this position is to ensure efficient and timely management of all Order to Cash (OtC) activities for LATAM, supporting business objectives, delivering high-quality service to internal and external customers, and providing operational control to address the specific challenges.
Ideal candidate
Education
- Bachelor’s degree (completed or in final semesters) in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, or Industrial Engineering.
- Desirable: basic knowledge of finance, invoicing, and accounting principles.
Experience
- 1 to 2 years of experience in Order to Cash, Accounts Receivable, Billing, Credit & Collections, or Customer Service, preferably in a shared services or multinational environment.
- Experience with invoice processing, payment follow-up, or reconciliations is an advantage.
