We are seeking an enthusiastic Accounts Receivable Specialist with a passion for customer service to join our finance team. The role involves customer collections and relations across multiple entities and encompasses payment processing and account reconciliations. You will work closely with the AR Lead and other finance team members to ensure smooth operations.
Responsibilities- Assist the AR Lead with collection phone calls, emails, and follow-ups.
- Identify problem accounts and escalate collection actions as needed.
- Process incoming customer payments through various methods, including cheques, wire transfers, EFT/ACH, and credit cards across multiple currencies and companies.
- Manage credit card customer accounts and process payments manually.
- Send daily invoices via mail, email, or EDI.
