Accounts Payable Specialist

The Accounts Payable (AP) Accountant will be responsible for interfacing with the business and our suppliers to ensure smoothly processing of invoices and payments. The AP Accountant will perform all aspects of the accounts payable function by matching purchase orders to invoices and entering the invoices into the software according to the internal policies and deadlines; identify errors or discrepancies and resolve before processing.













**General Responsibilities**







+ Leads the processing of invoices, credit or debit memos according to the company's procedures






+ Communication with suppliers in respect of missing documents and information
