Accounts Payable Specialist

Work Hours: Depends on the client, but most want at least 2 hours of overlap with U.S. time zones

Responsibilities:

1. Process and review vendor invoices for accuracy and appropriate approvals.
2. Ensure timely payment of invoices and resolve any discrepancies.
3. Reconcile accounts payable transactions and maintain accurate financial records.
4. Assist in month-end closing and financial reporting processes.
