Job Summary:
Responsible for handling end-to-end Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable activities, statutory compliance, bank reconciliations, and cash flow reporting in a manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Accounts Payable:
- Bill booking for direct & indirect purchases.
- Fixed asset accounting & Capex register maintenance.
- Vendor reconciliation & intercompany confirmations.
- Bank reconciliation & cash flow reporting.
- Processing payments (cheque, online, foreign remittance – Form A1/A2).
- Statutory payments & return filing (GST, TDS, VAT, CST, PT).
- Employee reimbursements, corporate & forex card processing.
