Accounts Payable Clerk

The Accounts Payable Clerk plays a critical role in the finance department by managing the full cycle of accounts payable, including processing invoices, maintaining vendor relations, and ensuring timely and accurate payments. This role is vital to maintaining the company's financial health and supporting the leadership team by providing accurate financial records.

Responsibilities

• Support Finance with accounts payable cycle, receiving, coding, and entering a high volume of invoices and expense reports into the accounting system.
• Work closely with Supply Chain, Engineering, and Production departments.
• Process weekly payment runs and reconcile accounts payable transactions.
• Verify invoices against purchase orders and receiving documents to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
