Job Description: Seeking a dynamic, detail-oriented Accounts Payable Assistant to join our growing accounting team. Responsible for accurately recording accounts payable transactions and preparing related reports.

Responsibilities:

• Code invoices to correct general ledger accounts and obtain necessary approvals.
• Prepare and process weekly vendor payments efficiently.
• Manage internal and external inquiries regarding payment status, account balances, and resolve discrepancies.
• Update vendor records with all necessary supporting documentation.
• Reconcile accounts payable balances and collaborate with teams to resolve discrepancies.
