Our client, located in Wangara, is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable and Payroll Officer to carry out end to end accounts payable and payroll functions.
Duties will include:
- Process invoices matching all to purchase orders
- Follow up processes regarding approvals and pending receipts
- Reconciliations in Pronto to all supplier statements
- Receipting of shipments and updating shipment schedule
- Daily Bank reconciliations
- Resolving disputes and queries
- Processing expense claims and reconciliating accounts
- Complete end to end payroll including entering and maintaining employee records
- Managing superannuation reconciliations and payments
